Released in April 2017 with a follow-up in the spring of 2019, the Tokyo Disneyland-exclusive Pocket Usatama is a special device featuring Usatama and Usapiyo, two Tokyo Disneyland characters that served as mascots for the park's Easter celebrations. While not officially labeled as a Tamagotchi, the device is manufactured by Bandai, and it uses a Tamagotchi Nano shell mold.

Released in December 2017, the Gudetama Tamagotchi is another team-up device between Bandai and Sanrio. While similar to the Pocket Usatama in concept and design, this virtual pet is officially labeled as a Tamagotchi, while the Usatama simply borrowed the Nano's shell design. This was the first licensed Tamagotchi to be released outside of Japan.

For the first time, Bandai teamed up with Nintendo to bring the popular Pok&0233;mon franchise to crossover with Tamagotchi. The Eevee Tamagotchi, released in two shells, allows you to raise an Eevee and have it grow into one of its eight possible evolutions.

Released as part of Pac-Man's 40th anniversary, this Tamagotchi features the iconic Bandai Namco character. This is the first and currently only licensed Nano to be a western-exclusive, having not been released in Japan.

The Evatchi allows you to care for one of several characters from the classic Evangelion series. There were three shells released initially, with an additional three released after that.

Following the explosive popularity of the Demon Slayer series, Bandai released a line of Tamagotchi Nanos with characters from the franchise. An original wave of three led to several more being released in 2021, making the Demon Slayer line the largest of the licensed Nano toys.

The second Sanrio-themed Nano, the Hello Kitty Tamagotchi was released in 2020 in two shell colors. The Hello Kitty Tamagotchi was released internationally.

Jordy is a character from South Korea's Kakao Friends line, a series of animals with unique personalities not unlike Japan's Sanrio. Jordy is a parasitic mushroom, although he looks like a little dinosaur. This is the second Nano to not be released in Japan, and the first to be a South Korean-exclusive.

Based on the Fate/Extella video game series, Extellatchi is the third Nano based on a video game franchise and the first to be a limited release, available exclusively in a special Fate/Extella Celebration Box that bundles two games from the series with the special Tamagotchi.

Based on the incredibly popular Star Wars franchise, the R2-D2 is an announced but not-yet-revealed release currently being teased by Bandai.

Based on the Japan-exclusive mobile game, "Disney Twisted Wonderland", the Twistetchi features characters from Night Raven College's seven houses, each themed after a different Disney villain, with one shell representing each house. These shells come with metal charms featuring the respective houses' crests. These seven Tamagotchi are currently up for pre-order on Premium Bandai's website (Japan-only for now).

Based on the LINE Friends characters from the LINE messenging app, the B21 Tamagotchi allows you to raise and care for baby versions of the popular LINE Friends who eventually grow into their more familiar forms.
